Nelson and I really love each other. We have a really great life that we’ve built with a lot of hard work and we’re very grateful for it. We both get a lot of satisfaction from our jobs and the ability those jobs give us to make a difference in the lives of others. We’ve also been blessed with amazing people in our lives who support us through tough times, make us feel loved and push us to be better. Our home is a safe and comforting place full of gentleness, laughter and love. We have been working toward being Dads for over two years now. We have 3 tested embryos and a really great clinic that we’ve been working with. There have been ups and downs, but we have a lot of faith that we are on the right path. We’ve got each other and we’ve got a beautiful dream that is powering us through.

First and foremost, we want to respect the personal boundaries of our surrogate. We are open to all types of communication.

Do you want to be in the delivery room when your child is born?

Yes, we both want to be there when our child is born.

What kind of relationship do you hope to have with your Surrogate after the birth of your child?

We respect the knowledge and experience that our surrogate already has and her right to make decisions about what works best for her personal comfort as well as her physical and mental health.
